Basic construction is aided by precision laser-cut wooden fins, a molded plastic nosecone and waterslide decals. Standing 23.3 inches tall, the Standard (18 mm) engined Loadstar II makes a great single-stage rocket. A C6-5 engine will power it to 500 feet.
Then add the second stage and a C6-0/C6-7 engine combination and this rocket will soar to 1,000 feet depending on payload! Recovery is by means of an 18-inch parachute for the rocket and tumble for the booster.
